Compare on price, vehicle, and the carrier’s completed-delivery history — not on who called you first.

Your money is held, not handed over
Payment goes into escrow when the job is accepted and is released on confirmed completion, scanned from a QR code. Nobody is paid for work that did not happen.

Track it, and keep the paperwork
Live position during the move, and a delivery record afterwards that works as proof for your own books.

How is the commission calculated?
Walya charges either 0% or 12% depending on the subscription the carrier holds. The rate is shown on the bid before you accept it — there is no fee that appears afterwards.
Can a driver without a smartphone bid?
Yes, and many do. Bidding works over *922# USSD, which is why the carrier pool is not restricted to drivers who can afford a data plan.
What about cross-border loads?
Customs documentation for corridor traffic is handled through Walya’s customs surface, including the declaration paperwork and the bonded-warehouse steps.
