Rental vehicles carry the same plate-against-bollo check as every other vehicle on the platform.

The rental terms and the vehicle’s condition at handover are recorded against the booking, with photographs.

Your money is held, not handed over
Payment goes into escrow when the job is accepted and is released on confirmed completion, scanned from a QR code. Nobody is paid for work that did not happen.

- A deposit, held in escrow and returned on clean handback

Is a driver included?
That is your choice at booking. Vehicles are listed both ways, and the price shown always reflects the option you selected.
What happens to my deposit?
It sits in escrow for the duration, not in the owner’s account. On a clean handback it returns to your wallet automatically; a disputed deduction goes to Walya’s dispute process rather than being taken unilaterally.
