What does Walya charge a business?
Commission is either 0% or 12% depending on the subscription held, and the applicable rate appears on the bid before you accept it. There is no fee that materialises after the fact.
Can our existing broker use Walya on our behalf?
Yes. Licensed brokers have their own verified account type and can place loads for their clients while keeping their own relationships and their own settlement.
Do you integrate with our systems?
Platform access for business systems is handled case by case through our gateway. Contact us with what you need to connect and we will tell you honestly whether it is available today.
Where is our commercial data stored?
On infrastructure inside Ethiopia, with personal fields encrypted by the application before they reach the database. There is no foreign cloud provider holding a copy.
