Billable hours come from the booking record, so the invoice and the work agree.

Your money is held, not handed over
Payment goes into escrow when the job is accepted and is released on confirmed completion, scanned from a QR code. Nobody is paid for work that did not happen.

Questions about this service
Who is responsible if the machine breaks down?
Unworked hours are not released from escrow. A breakdown is logged against the booking and handled through the dispute process rather than by argument on site.
